The Girl With The Hat was established in Dallas, Texas. Since I was a little girl, my grandmother, Elnora owned a bar. I would sneak in to say hello to my grandma and my grandma would greet me with a bag of candy and a twenty dollar bill. As I got older I recognized how the bar life has always been apart of my life because of the warmness I felt from my grandma. So I became a bartender. I became friends with my guests just like my grandmother did.
